17 years ago today!!!

I cannot hardly imagine that is been 17 years since Nathan and I
were married!! It is only by the grace of God that we are where we
are today and I am so blessed that God gave me such an awesome man
to be married too!!! Thank you honey for you who you are!!

I missed posting this yesterday.

Hard to believe that 5 years ago on October 24 we were approved

by a very tough judge in Irkutsk, Russia to adopt our 4th child!

My favorite all time song

Some of you know that I was adopted when I was a baby. God gave me the best parents in the whole wide world. Growing up and not knowing my heritage when I was younger was difficult at the time. Even though in reality it doesn't really matter much to me because I am a child of God and that is the only heritage that I care about. Growing up my favorite song has always been "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipes. Imagine my surprise in learning that I was part scotch.

I just wanted to share my favorite song with you today!!

Isn't she just the cutest thing!! My kids had so much fun
with her visiting! She loved to be outside and she helped us

Phoebe is such a good baby!!! She actually slept until about 9:45 for me!! Which I believe would be 8:45 for her back home but still!!! She has not cried once and just gives such big smiles!!

Buffet and just got home a little while ago!!

night and has not made a peep at all!!!

Heather is quite something. She is my writer and loves to write stories. She gets this from her Grandma Yonker who writes very good stories and we believe should have some published.

Turkeys everywhere!!

My neighbor called me this morning and asked me if I had looked out m
window lately! I went and looked and our front yard was covered with wild turkeys. I bet there was 20 or more of them!! It was such a pretty picture!!!!! The kids were so excited and of course my kids and the neighbor kids had to go and chase them through the neighborhood!! Lots of fun!!!

Our October camping experience

This past weekend as you know we went camping!

It was hard to imagine that it was around 90's for October

We took lots of pictures and I hope you enjoy some of my favorite ones.

I highly recomment fall camping (when the weather is nice that is!!)
